The Garden room at Ballawhite is to the rear of the property and on its own level accessible via the main house or through its own private entrance by use of a stairway outside the property ideal for those who would like to store bicycles or motorbikes in the garage.

 

The Garden Level guest accommodation comprises of a spacious light and airy double en-suite bedroom with a floor to ceiling window and a door that opens directly onto the garden and your own patio area.

The en-suite shower room has a floor to ceiling heated towel rail, previous guests have commented it is most useful not just for warming towels on but handy to dry off wet clothing after a day out walking or biking (You are of course welcome to let me know if you have heavier items to dry out as they can be placed on the range over night). There is a walk in lockable wardrobe in the guest room, with adequate space to store luggage.

There is also a full sized hair dryer, iron with ironing board and a television with built in DVD player in your room.

 

Leading directly from bedroom is a small private guest kitchenette. Incorporating a full sized fridge freezer stocked with fresh milk and ice cubes as well as a kettle, an extensive tea and coffee tray including fresh coffee and loose tea should you wish to relax with a pot/ cafeteria rather than a cup. Also for your available for your use are wine glasses and champagne flutes. As the only guests at Ballawhite you have total privacy, no need to worry about being caught in your pj’s when using this area or the adjacent guest lounge. The guest lounge has comfy furniture to stretch out and curl up on whilst watching the widescreen television, reading a book or enjoying a quiet drink.

 

My current room rate is FROM £70 a night including a full Manx Breakfast.
